Mike Sargeant, Owner and president of Sargeant Service Center had big dreams in 1980 for a successful independent family-run business in St. Augustine , Florida . Today, Sargeant Service Center is one of the city’s most respected auto repair shops. They proved it by earning The Best of the Best award for the Best Auto Repair Shop, four years running, by the readers of the St. Augustine Record. They have gotten this award through extreme customer satisfaction and nothing but. When AAA started looking for a authorized repair facility they did a large survey in the surrounding area. And they felt that Sargeant Service Center would be a large asset to Business. The response they got back was unheard of in AAA surveys. Once finished the shuttle will pick you up and deliver your car.

Mike is always helpful, pleasant and did a great job of keeping my 1988 Chevvy Caprice running. Once they goofed and fixed the problem without charge. I like them so much that I occasionally brought them a homemade cheesecake. Since I bought my Toyota in 2003, I’ve been going to the dealer. How could you not like guys named Mike and Kevin. They always drove me home and picked me up when I had repairs done to my ’88 Caprice (loved that car). One time when I was going on a long trip I had them give the car a good going over. They had trouble replacing the hub caps and had to use other means to secure them. Well, on the trip I lost two hub caps. They were replaced at great expense to them and none to me. What guys! I could always count on Mike and Kevin. Of course I used to bring them cheesecake. I love Sargeants! They are the best. Not only did they fix my problem, they told me that I would not need a lot of work that I thought I needed. Who does that? Mike and Mike do.
